As part of celebrating ten years of business, we recently conducted some independent customer research involving a range of past and current
clients, from CEO’s to supervisors. We have had a fascinating time reviewing the outcomes of this research and we have summarised below how people
described us.
We are transformative. People and organisations are different as a result of the work we do – through the questions we ask,
the challenge we bring and our relentless belief that everything is possible. We bring energy, motivation and enthusiasm that infects the organisation and
challenges cynics. Clients only engage with us if they want to tackle a problem or opportunity at full throttle.
We partner with our clients. We work with our clients to create sustainable change that lasts and embed capacity in the
organisation. We train internal people who bring their own expertise and experience of the organisation to each piece of work. This serves to embed
capability and ensure that there is an internal team to sustain the levels of energy and motivation that are created.
We are value for money. Investment in Questions of Difference produces significant returns – dynamic and sustainable change
in months, exceptional internal team, future reduction in spend on external consultants and facilitators, tangible links to profit improvement and cost
savings – a true haute couture service.
We create appreciative cultures. We help people to reconnect with what they do well and understand the detailed successes
of their organisation. This approach provides a natural and homegrown impetus for change. We respect and seek out the differences that people bring giving
them the confidence to achieve the changes they determine.
We challenge our clients. We ask questions that are different and affirmatively disruptive. We do not have solutions to
give to people - we stretch their thinking and guide them through a journey to discover the solutions with us. This means that we also balance our challenge
with care and support for our clients as they discover what is possible.
We deliver bespoke programmes. Questions of Difference develop only bespoke programmes, suited to the clients' precise
needs and objectives.
We are adaptable. The bespoke nature of our approach leads to a more flexible approach to a programme’s implementation. For example, the structure of an
event will often be altered during the event to pay attention to what is needed in that moment – whilst still achieving the agreed outcomes.
We are fun, dynamic, creative - and professional
